This is somewhat related, so I'm going to post in this thread: while playing with a friend online (he was hosting), and using the Berserker Style buff, I noticed myself being semi-permanently buffed to extreme attack speeds. By the end of our play-session, I had hit a whopping 235% attack speed...

After a cutscene, Static Touch cubes continue to behave normally, but become invisible. In the screenshot below you can see I summoned 2 more to reach my max of 8, but the previous 6 cannot be seen. Also, I noticed that no matter how many Static Touch cubes you have, they revert to a default...
