Do you think Magic Knight Rayearth is worth playing these days, or does it hold up @Vilya?
Last time I played the game was like 10 years ago, so I really can't tell for sure :D I do remember it as awesome, but then again, a lot of things seemed awesome 10 years ago that ain't quite the same today :)

I'm a little confused... I thought the monkey was serving the purpose of the tank / brawler? But I don't mind a new enemy at all.

Bush, statue, worm, monkey, shadow. Is this going to be the first area with five actual, unique enemies? (Excluding the palette swapped season wizards :p)
The monkey wasn't intended to be a tank, but rather an(other) annoying enemy that will run around and throw things at you! :) I guess this might be the first area with 5 truly unique enemies, not to mention a whole town/city that I think will end up being more populated than Evergrind City is right now... :p We always seem to end up putting a lot of extra stuff in, not sure if it's a good thing or not (people getting anxious about the game not being finished yet and all), but whenever we find something to be off/not cool enough, we'd rather fix it than leave it the way it is XD

This game is your labor of love. :) Take your time, make things live up to exactly how you want them. I would be sad if you guys actually did cut corners and rushed things just to get it completed ASAP and appease people who knowingly bought into early access.

Armor penetration? Neat. There's an attribute we've never seen before.

+DEF? Seems a little dull for a card this far in the story. Anything that just gives +DEF tends to get ignored. I'd prefer +Chance To Resist Flinching, x% DEF for # seconds when HP Critical triggers, % chance to survive at 1 HP when taking an otherwise fatal blow (assuming HP != 1), +DEF when shielding... I dunno. :p

+Food Drop items? Meaning, items that are food, items you can feed to your pet, both? Interesting.

Thornskin? Another new mechanic. I like!

+EP? I never say no to anything that boosts EP, considering how few ways there are to boost it. Not exciting, but it feels much more awesome to see the EP bar increase than +DEF. :D

Is it too late to request a Cursed Monkey Paw accessory? :D An item that sets your maximum Current HP to the limit of the HPCritical Zone? Being able to be perpetually in HPCritical would make a bunch of talents suddenly viable.

Cool design, I think. I wonder what makes an artifact one of the four needed for ressurection? Not sure what the connection is between Amalet and Gaantlet besides being jerks, but Bag's a jerk too.

... most people in the game are jerks. It's jerks all the way down.

Those monkeys look like the most interesting enemy in SoG yet. Rather than having subtle synergy with surrounding enemies, they outright grab their comrades and fling them at you. I wonder what happens when a monkey meets an Echo of Madness? Does it throw the sword at you, or does the Echo slash-smack the monkey away? We've never seen two enemies have anti-synergy before.

That's assuming they acknowledge each other at all.

I was wondering why they didn't immediately crumble on HP = 0. :p

After seeing the housing system...
If we could change layout of the house, and place not only furniture but also enemies...
This could turn into simple dungeon editor ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
