A New Type Of Weapon?

Anyone else think it'd be cool if they added dual wield weapons like daggers with new skills to go with it? personally i would love to see this added in at some point because i love the idea in most games and i really think it could work very well in this one. Thoughts?

New type of weapons won't happen probably until the game is finished, or is nearly finished. It just requires to much work for now to make animations and the skills would have to be balanced etc.

I am 100% in support of new weapons. Just not as new weapon classes.

We have swords, axes, hammers and clubs as 2-handed weapons.

We have swords, wands and maces as 1-handed weapons.

I would love to see spears, tridents, tonfa, flails, whips, large claws (1h), glaives, asian fans, scythes, giant keys, hell, anything that could fit into the 1H or 2H swinging animations.

Whatever the heck Luso here is using? Sure. We've got a ton of swords, I can wear any of them in my vanity slot. <3 Can't wait for different looking cool stuff.

I would love to see some dual wielding in replacement of the shield if the player wishes to replace it.
Elemental staves would be nice to see as well for people wanting to magic pure.
