Adding Descriptions to the Skill points

I just had a random thought about the skill points. What if you could keep going down in the menu past the Magic Talents tab and the window under the character would give a brief description of what the points are for. Maybe the description could explain when you can use the points and when you gain a new one.

And it could be labeled something like Misc Info. I like that idea, it would help get the points across to someone who may not understand and can keep them from minimizing to go look it up
