Perks you get access to in your three slots for constructing the buildings, or leveling them up. :D Some of these might be better suited for Muffin, I dunno. I'm thinking to think of things that wouldn't objectively be -too- much better than anything else.

Aquarium / Town Fishing Hole?:

Fish Heading - +% chance for a pond to spawn per floor.
Baiting - +# seconds to fish.
Fisher King - +Fishing bar width.

Church:

Helping Hand - You can ressurect your friends to 1 HP in co-op.
Insurance - Nurse healing costs #% less.
Universal Healthcare - Guaranteed 1 nurse per floor / +% chance for a nurse to spawn each floor.
Superheal - Orbs and potions heal +#% more.
Regen - Regain 1 HP per room cleared.

Shop:

Shelfspace - Merchants carry more items.
Rare Find - Merchants have a chance to carry drops from enemies found on their floor.
Broken Embargo - Merchants can carry goods from the area after your current one.

Dojo:

Natural Skill - Begin runs with a point placed in a random 1H or 2H skill. (Does not change until F1 is beaten.)
Natural Talent - Begin runs with 2 points placed in random Melee talents. (As above.)
Bare Essentials - Increased stats for every empty gear slot.

Mayor / Bank?:

Loan - Start runs with # gold. Subtract it when the run ends from gold earned that run.
Liquify Assets - Converts all equipment and items in your inventory into gold when you die, worth 1/2 their value.
Ambassador - +% chance of encountering NPC challenge rooms each level. (Assuming NPC rooms will be a thing.)

Arena:

Full Deck - +% chance for enemies to drop cards.
Poach - The final enemy killed in any room has increased drop rates.
Bounty - Increased gold from enemies killed with an arrow.

Tavern/Inn:

Complimentary Breakfast - For the first 15 minutes of your run, all stats (ATK/MATK/DEF/CRIT) are increased.
Hearty Lunch - While HP is full, all stats are increased.
Dine & Dash Dinner - While fighting a boss, all stats are increased.
Fortune Cookie - On the first time you would take lethal damage, instead go to 1 HP and gain invincibility for # seconds. One time only.

Fortune Teller:

See All - Fully visible mini-map, # of enemies in each room, see type of challenge room (survive/kill/puzzle), see type of boss.
Foresight - Upon entering a room, pause for one second (ala 'Gather Your Friends') to see enemy positions.

Bishop Altar:

Challenging - +100% chance to encounter Bishops.
Patient - Room timer increases % slower while combo is active on an enemy.
Forgiving - Damage limit for S Ranks increased by %.

Blacksmith:

Sharp Start - As normal.
Strong Start - As normal.
Smart Start - As normal.
Shield Start - As normal.
Healthy Start - Begin with a Health Amulet equipped.(Sells for 0)
Beloved Start - Begin with a Pink Sweater equipped. (Sells for 0)
