If this section is getting filled out someday, I can think of a few good options to fill it.

Rocketeers

Each player has a rocket trail slowly firing along the floor behind them, as happens to one unlucky player in the Gundam battle in multiplayer.

Players are unable to attack or shield and can only run around trying to out-manuver their rocket trail. Or, alternatively, they can try to cut off opponents by running in front of them to try and hit them with their own rocket trail. The rocket trail gets faster and faster as time goes on, with the addition of random rockets shooting around the room if it goes on long enough. 3 hits, you're out.

Explosive Squares

A 4x4 or 5x5 version of the Toy Factory mini-game. Bombs rain down from the ceiling, though not all necessarily at the same time across all squares. As time progressed, bombs fall in more squares and fall faster. Trains maybe get activated if the game goes on long enough? No shields or attacks. Three hits, you're out.

This was one of my favorite Mario Parrty mini-games, where you had to scramble to the right mushroom before the others sank. :) The Toy Factory game feels a lot like that.

Pig in a China Shop

Each player has an elite boar with a color-coded ring around them permanently aggro'd to that player, and are unable to attack or shield. Various pots, barrels, crates and other treasures rain down from the ceiling, the only way to destroy them being a boar charge. Direct your boar into charging down as many goods as you can before time runs out. If you get hit by your boar or anyone elses you lose points.

Alternatively, instead of items raining down, enemies spawning? Charging down a slime with your boar is worth 5 points, a jumpkin 10, a bee 20, etc. Another player is -5 to them and +5 to you.
