The second wave of winds seem to be silent in the final room in "Naniva screws up her seasons" room. This part:

This room is called "Obstacle Course".

They actually have names?

Actually, it's an unofficial name. But everybody was referring by this name from the beginning to mark the uniqueness and content of this room.
