[Audio] Static-y sound effects.

Turn off your music. Turn your speakers up. Press ESC. Press it again. And again, and again, and again. You will notice that there's an odd static hissing surrounding this sound effect.

Same for moving right/left in the menus.

Same for selecting and de-selecting anything in the menus.

I assume these are early, early, unpolished sound effects to test the menus with or something?

The load save / save and quit sounds are static crackly too. And possibly skidding-to-a-halt? Not sure, it's too short to be certain.
