Bug on Second Vilya fight in story mode

Just in a run through story mode on hard, when Teddy and Freedy jumped to the side, they stopped throwing the blade around and just got stuck, the pattern in Vilyas speech bubble seemed to show the two of them diagonally across from eachother, not sure which one that is. They threw the sword once from right to left, then the one on the left is stuck, facing the wrong way. No way to finish the fight, since you have to kill those two, and they won't come out.

Just happened agian, this time on the diagonal going downward pattern, after one throw the sword got stuck on the right side person, and they are facing the correct way. It has been two player both times if that matters.

At this point, I'm confident the bug consistently happens when vilya is low health, below 20% maybe. I'm suspecting it is something about a transition that the patterns do when she gets low.
