[Crash} Can't enter Evergrind City

I used the Stable Beta and encountered a bug upon entering the Evergrind City.
-When ever I tried entering the Evergrind City, my game would crash, regardless on how I would enter. Even after changing to the front line beta, the problem still occurred. Even after restarting my Laptop, the problem was not fixed.

Have you tried restarting Steam and then verifying the game's cache? (Right click on game in library, select properties, go to Local Files and then click Verify Integrity of Game Cache)
