Just bought the game and right out the gate when i try to start it off of steam it crashes. I have gone through the forums and tried every "solution" and none have worked.

According to the error, the game can't access the XNA framework! "Please verify that you have XNA Framework installed"
Usually it gets installed automatically when starting the game, but sometimes that goes awry.
