Game wont download?!

Hi I recently purchased the secrets of grindea but for some reason whenever I try to download it via steam it does not get past the creating local game cache files part eventully leading to connection timeout, is their anyway to fix this?

I'm 99 % sure this is a Steam issue... you might be connected to a bad Steam server, or their download system is down as a whole. I've seen it happen sometimes, and in the past the only solution have been to wait for a bit and restart Steam
