[Gameplay] Aiming system doesn't land in front of you if you're next to a wall

So, with my mage build, I tend to rely mostly on my gold charge earth spike and silver charged meteor. One of my main strategies is to stun them or wait for one of their attack cooldowns, then walk right up to their face and spam them both on top of them. Normally, the aiming cursor lands a step or so in front of you in whichever direction you're facing. However, when in the second Ferrets battle, for some reason, when you're next to a wall, it decides to put it on top of you, no matter what direction you're facing. Normally if you were facing a wall it would have this effect, but not here :/
