[Gameplay] Insect Swarm kills do nothing.

I tested this out a bit more after my other topic, and yeah, it doesn't matter if insect swarm kills 10 enemies or 0. The duration is always 19 seconds at gold charge.

To be fair, it's rather thematically appropriate for Insect Swarm to contain bugs!

I guess it's called an insect swarm for a reason (geddit, bugs... insects?)
