[Gameplay] Presents / Gifts incapable of spawning as Elite.

I assume this is because they don't spawn like regular enemies do, they have their own unique appearance. This may also be why getting their Card is so hard.

Also, I know I've asked for some difference between Elite and Empowered for the Season Temple, but it just dawned on me... there are no actual Elites in the Season Temple, are there? I've never seen an enemy keep it's yellow ring when the seasons were changed.

Oh, true... I hadn't considered the special spawn hindered the presents and gifts from becoming elites!

And no, Season Knights can't become elites! The only reason why we should still give them a unique aura is to make it clear that they are in fact not elite (meaning they don't have increased drop chance). It's a good reason, but Fred is knee deep in some other stuff so it's somewhere in the pile of "to do, maybe"
