[Gameplay][Visual][Arcadia] Enemies spawn incorrectly.

How to reproduce: Be the client in a multiplayer Arcadia session. Have host start nightmare Elites Only.

What it does: Rooms spawn enemies on client side normally as opposed to all elites, enemy animations, sprites, loods, and other things appear incorrectly or not at all.

My thoughts: I don't know what information is calculated on client side as opposed to host side, but this looks to me like enemy generation is done on client side and client side doesn't know that the context should be Elites Only.
