[Gameplay][Visual] Charging a skill will keep charging while in chat

Hola, its me again.

If you hold a skill that needs to be charged for use and press the chat key it will keep charging after you are done typing. This bug happens with the potion menu too (although its a bit more finicky).
Note you can still walk around without holding the skill key

I think this applies to all controls and I reported it once. E.g. try walking and opening chat.
