Arcade Mode seems to be a LOT easier solo, which is slightly counterintuitive. You'd expect it to be easier with friends, maybe slightly more HP/etc, but the ramp ups on some things are intense.
The Zoo is one of the bigger culprits, what with the additional/changed enemies for the boss being SIGNIFICANTLY tougher.
Also while I'm at it, the slime slows way, way, waaaaay too much. It doesn't feel that slow in singleplayer.
Looking forward to new and exciting Arcade Mode things! It's a blast to play with friends, even if we still haven't gotten past the Pumpkin Woods.
