Congratulations on the upcoming full release! I've been waiting to buy for many years now, and I'm excited to get it. I was wondering if there was any difference for buying the game now vs release day? Would it be better for steam ranking and recommendations to hold off until fully release?

From a "business strategy" perspective, then yes, buying the game when it is officially released does increase the chances of Steam starting to recommend the game to new players! So if I had to pick I would say to buy it on release day would help us the most, though of course don't let it inconvenience you
