Pet taiming for "older" Players

Hiho.

I really like the Pet System. I got my Rabby and my Slime, but I can't get the damn Jumpkin. I think I am not young enough for the minigame. It's to fast for me. I am 33 years old now and I can't react that fast anymore.
I tried 1 hour to taim the Jumpkin without success and now I write this Feedback.

I would be happy if the Minnigame would be slower.

Haha, it sure is a really hard minigame! I've never struggled that much (usually takes 5 tries or less) but it might be true that it is to hard. I wouldn't mind if it was a bit slower since it's not only really hard but it's a pet you get very early which I think should mean it's easier to get. To tame the pets takes just as much skill as the hard difficulty. XD
