I've read on twitter, that beta tester get a free full version, is that right?

The Stable version of the beta will be available in DRM-free form. The Frontline version with faster updates can only be accessed through Steam! (For more info on the difference, check this thread)
This is correct, so you can give your extra key away to a friend, if you like

Can i ask how i can gift the key after i claimed it?
Normally it looks like this on humble Bundel
And there is a little gift box which i can klick to give the key to someone else but it is missing from the Grindea beta

I believe that if you press the steam button next to it, it should generate a key for you - you could then send that key to your friend manually. Let me know if that doesn't work and what happens if you attempt it, it might work a bit differently if you have linked your steam account with your humble account.

I have linked it and when i click that it'll activate it on my account, but i think i could unlink my steam account just for this purpose.

Have you claimed the page? If you have not done so, don't do it, and you should be able to give the link to the person you want to give the copy to, and then they can link their Steam account and take the key. I think unclaimed pages can be accessed by anyone with the link.

The four packs work differently, you get one key for yourself and three slime/rabby gift pages. You can also buy the game specifically as a gift through the widget, or give the page away without claiming it. This should mainly be a problem for old beta testers who already have a key!

My guess is that it has no stats, there are a few hats in the game that don't give any stat bonuses. I think they want the game to be fair so a "pay-to-win" hat is most likely not a thing.
