Slightly changing early Arcade loot to be less generic.

    I've previously suggested a change to early Story Mode equipment, but there's so many items early on in arcade that do little more than give a small DEF bonus. Hats and accessories in particular. Something to actually make all those many hats a bit more different than +1 or +2 DEF over one another.

    Chicken Hat: Add special effect '5% chance to turn into a chicken for 5 seconds on taking damage.'
    Slimy Ring: Add a bonus to overall stats, add special effect '5% chance to be encased in slime on taking damage.'
    Scarf: Add special effect 'After taking damage, the very next attack that would hit you has a 5% chance to be Dodged.'
    Warm Hat: Add special effect 'Regenerate 2% of your max HP at the end of each battle room.' (If it was not added/removed at any point during the room.)
    Heart Shirt: Re-add to Arcade Mode, nullify HP gain, add special effect 'Regenerate 2% of your max HP at the end of each battle room.' (Same.)
    Health Amulet: Re-add to Arcade mode, nullify HP gain, add special effect 'Regenerate 2% of your max HP at the end of each battle room.' (Same.)
