While leveling a character and messing with skills, I found it quite a nuisance that it's entirely plausible that one could use up all of their quick access slots on controller simply playing through story mode. With only twelve unique button combinations currently support, if a player wishes to put potions in their own key, then that leaves five buttons available for player spells, presuming they maintain use of the basic attack, block, and bow functions. I just figure it would be something small and simple to implement, where a fourth set of buttons could be brought up for controller players by holding down both LT and RT. Now, obviously, the current command scheme the player has access to in the menus doesn't allow for this because of space concerns, but I figured I'd throw my two cents in while it was on my mind.
