Upgradeable Stat Tracking

I'd love if you could integrate the stat tracking into the game world logic and make it upgradable.

What do i mean?
I'd like to be able to upgrade the stat tracking.
I'd like to know:
-how many enemies of which kind i killed
-how many items i collected of which kind and all in all (yes, )
-how many arrows i fired
-how much dmg i took
-how much gold i gathered as a whole

I think it would be awesome if you would give the player the opportunity to see ALL THE STATS.

Sadly i have no idea how to implement it into the game so it is practical, widespread and so on.

ok maybe not all the stats, but more than now.... please?
