[Visual] Energy Bar treats summon EP different if you're on Controller / Keyboard.

Oh, nice catch! It's supposed to be the keyboard variant. I must've forgotten to apply the "effect" on the gamepad HUD!
Now that I think about it again, it should probably be the grayed out visual effect of the keyboard version, but with the text of the gamepad version. For all intents and purposes, the MaxEP is lowered when having a summon out, and that shouldn't be hidden.
