For some reason spin slash creates a 'glitch looking' effect around the player on occasion when using spin slash, only lasts a second so I haven't been able to get a screenshot but it appears to happen when you use spin multiple times in a row. Other than the visual there don't appear to be ant negative effects.
The visuals are different though usually look like areas of a temple (lots of stone bricks and vines kinda like sky temple) and it is see through with lines through it like the old CRT TV would show with poor signal.
This was on the latest default version of steam and I can't say 100% it happens on every map, but definitely not limited to one. Mostly noticed it the evergrind fields and flying fortress.
