Update: The issue resolved itself when going into another loading screen. The models are back in their proper place

I loaded into a friend's game. On my end, NPCs are swapped in place of other NPCs. The NPCs are still functional but are out of place. I tried verifying the game files and exiting the game, but the issue persists.
