As stated, Frosty Friend has a 0% critical strike chance, regardless of tier or the character's crit chance. Cloud strike is capable of critting, and it does seem to sync up with the character's crit chance, so I assume this isn't intended. Edit: After further testing, Insect Swarm is also...
