_Zap, i'm also at 9/10 in Mount Bloom, and i can't find it anywhere! I have a suspision it's it ust south of the fishing spot, but i don't know if there is a way to get there at the moment... I've looked everywhere twice and can't seem to find it. Mind helping me? =) (I'm on frontline aswell...
