[Audio] Bell in Town does not make noise

This is a small bug, or probably just not implemented yet because of how pointless it is, but, in the main town, if you hit the bell in front of the school, it makes the same noise as you hitting a training dummy from the Dojo place to the left, and it does not make a bell type sound. I don't know why but this is something that I just could not over look... because all bugs and glitches in this glorious, amazing game should be squashed and killed! =D

For Clearer specifications, here is a screen shot showing which bell it is (the bell with the arrow pointing to it)

Technically, it's a known bug/oversight and the bell will receive sound some day
