Hi, I love the game and have just reached the snowy place. When I speak to the mother in the house she gives me the quest for the turkeys. I already have turkeys from grinding in the temple place, so I speak to her straight away. She says her dialogue thanking me, then the sparkles show up on the bottom of the screen that usually accompany a reward info window, but there is no window, only sparkles. I receive no reward, and the quest is in my list as incomplete even though all the objectives have green check marks. I tried dropping two turkeys and then speaking to her after I'd picked them up. I also tried dropping all my turkeys and speaking to her, but I just can't seem to get the quest to complete properly. I am playing the game on Steam Deck and when I look at the patch notes, it says I am playing version 1.03c. Please help me as this game is brilliant and I will be absolutely gutted if I cannot 100% this area because of this! Thank you in advance!

It would be interesting to see the save file for sure, though it might be a bit of a freak occurrence (not sure if Steam Deck is involved, but this usually doesn't happen on there either)
Anyway! You can use a couple of commands here!
Either you type the following into the in-game chat (either plug in a keyboard and press Enter, or press the SteamDeck equivalent to XBOX Back / Playstation Select button):
/forget _SideQuest_PoorThanksgiving
This will remove the quest from your log, and you can take it again
Or use these two:
/movetocompleted _SideQuest_PoorThanksgiving
/item _Shoes_Rollerblades
This will give you the reward and mark the quest as actually completed!

Okay unfortunately I cannot give that info as my game was completely wiped when my husband logged into his own profile. I was able to recover some of it through the cloud save but it was way back when I was still in the halloween town. I was able to make the quest work though! I redid everything until I got the phase move and then I went to Seasonne and picked up the quest before I obtained the turkeys from the birds. Then I farmed the turkeys, went back, and was able to turn it in properly and get the roller blades! Thank goodness and thank you for your help anyway! I love this game!!!!
