I already beat the game, and now I'm finishing the side quests. I heard here (https://secretsofgrindea.fandom.com/wiki/Crystal_Clear) that I can talk with Quinton to pay Katarina's debit, but he refuses to talk with me, even with a blue exclamation over his head. He say something like being too busy to talk to me, because he is planning how to defend the city.
It's on purpose or it's an unforeseen situation?
