[Gameplay] I lost all of my quest progression

I tried to fix a bug by switching off of frontline and it said it lost something and I couldn’t go into my person. I switched back to frontline to see if I could go into the game and I could but it started the game over but still have all of my loot I did every single quest in the game and now they are all gone please help me get them back

Start Menu > Run > %APPDATA%\Secrets of Grindea\

Your world data is extensively backed up on the hour in Backups. Find your name, copy the most recent .wld file and paste it over the .wld file in the Worlds folder belonging to that character.

If that does not work, copy the second most recent .wld file.
