[gameplay]Starting The Museum is Closed before Crystal Clear is finished breaks the latter quest

I can't talk Katarina when she is by the big crystal in the quest Crystal Clear this is resulting in me being unable to complete the quest even after crafting the crystal chisel.
The events that lead to the bug are as follows:

Start Crystal clear quest by talking to dr Jones
Talk to Katarina in the cafe
Start The Museum is Closed by talking to Poorie
Talk to Katarina by the big crystal in Mt Bloom (Note that both quest require talking to Katarina at this point)
-- At this point Katarina's dialogue is that of Crystal Clear however the only quest that updates is that of The Museum is Closed, the direction for Crystal clear say to talk to Katarina
Gather materials for The Museum is Closed
Complete The Museum is Closed by talking to Katarina in the museum (yes, Katarina is both at the museum and Mt Bloom)

At this point I am unable to interact with Katarina in Mt Bloom even with the crystal chisel in my inventory.
This happened on stable beta v0.890b

I didn't start The Museum is Closed at all and still couldn't complete Crystal Clear - for me, the recipe for the chisel doesn't appear. I believe it may just be the quest!
