Is it possible for Keyboard Users to change their A/B - Z/X Keys? I find it hard to play with them especially if I use the quickslot feature.

Yeah, check out Options in the Main Menu! You can rebind the other quickslots at any time through the in game menu as well. Don't forget that you can use modifier keys as well! So, you can have regular attacks on Z, but the bow in Shift+Z, for example.

Thanks, I didn't know the in-game message was referring to the title screen options.

Is it possible to reset bosses after you've completed the story? or is that the last time I can encounter them in story mode?

There will be a "Memory Room" where you can re-challenge bosses in the HQ, but we haven't implemented it yet! See this thread.
