I lost 7 hours progress of the game

And im so upset about it, i hope any of you can help me and im new to the forums so im sorry if i posted in the wrong section but i need help ASAP
I checked appdata SOG file and it was lastly modified at 6 AM yesterday (Which is perfect because thats when i turnt off the game and laptop) so i do not know why steam is unable to bring back all of my progress and i don't know why this is happening, i used CC cleaner which MIGHT be the problem because i used it to delete some files and maybe it deleted one of SOG files.
I hope theres a way i can get my data back otherwise im just gonna rage quit.. it went from 54 HOURS of progress to 47 HOURS and im too lazy to fight 3 bosses all over again and explore port monnaie and go to the lost ship ugh.

Yes everything is there but it still didnt load the 54 hr, it kept loading 47hr data

Btw, i just kept playing until i got to where i was however im still curious as to why i lost data in the first place, i found the above written in a file named Backup Restoration Log

Have you been switching between betas, or did this just happen randomly while on the Stable (regular) version? Could you upload one of the backups that aren't working? You'll have to add it to a .zip archive first, otherwise the forum software might not accept it!
