Is there a way to retrieve translation files?

Hey everyone. Been a hell of a long time since I last posted here, but I had been working on a community translation of the game back then (you can find me talking about it in this thread).
Recently someone contacted me stating that they might've been interested in translating the game in Italian, and I would gladly let them resume from the point I had reached, but I've been less than careful with the original files and I lost them.
Is there any way to retrieve them?

Hey! While logged in to your Steam account on the Steam website or the Steam Client, you can view your own Steam Workshop item and look at "Change Notes"! Here you can download your project, which can then be opened with the translation tools. There might be some funky settings but the translation work itself should be intact!
