During the quest "A Tiny Little Errand", neither the Magic Deck, nor the Loaded Dice ever actually appear in your inventory, or at least, I can't seem to see them anywhere. The quest still progresses regardless, there's just no item entry in quest items for them. There might be others like this...
- I also found that Steve's Father's Pickaxe doesn't make it to your inventory during "Steve Gets Fired".
- "Moneypix's Manifesto" and the "Shiny Key don't appear during "Last Favor (Promise!)".
