Perfect Guard Bug -

This is gonna sound schizophrenic, but bear with me.
When you perfect guard - you have a few frames where it keeps you invulnerable. If you, say, have a flurry of snowballs being launched at you from this fella

then perfect-guarding (and thus reflecting) the first will also perfect-guard (and thus reflect) the following couple of snowballs with those residual frames. But I don't have those frames, somehow. When I perfect guard a snowball in a flurry from this angry frostling - the very next snowball will hit me unless I HOLD the block button, and only THEN will those residual frames kick in. But they should kick in even if I just tap the button, which they don't.

This basically made the "Rock Blizzard" perfect guard challenge practically impossible for me to beat. Worse yet, it's not something that's a problem for everyone. I asked a few other players and they didn't have this problem I do. I'll add as much info as I can, even though I know this is practically certainly not getting fixed, because it's killing me inside that something is wrong with my controls after coming back and I gotta at least report it.

Here's a link to a video of me attempting the challenge. https://files.catbox.moe/alh98r.mp4

EDIT: An even better clip where you can see me getting pelted by a snowball in the middle of the flurry, with the first and the last two getting parried properly (conventionally that one should've been deflected by those residual frames, but they don't apply to me somehow): https://files.catbox.moe/cpma38.mp4
