Some magic skills not affected by crit chance

As stated, Frosty Friend has a 0% critical strike chance, regardless of tier or the character's crit chance. Cloud strike is capable of critting, and it does seem to sync up with the character's crit chance, so I assume this isn't intended.
Edit: After further testing, Insect Swarm is also incapable of crits. I believe summon plants may not crit either, but that isn't confirmed.

One-Handed
Piercing Dash All charges can crit but secondary effect on gold charge cannot crit.
Blade Flurry All charges can crit with no exceptions.
Spirit Slash All normal to silver charges can't crit, last attack on gold charge is able to crit.
Shadow Clone: All clone attacks are able to crit.
Dodging Strike All charges can crit with no exceptions.
Two-Handed
Heroic Slam All charges up till gold can crit, on gold charge the 1st flurry of attacks can not crit but the final attack can.
Whirlslash Both normal and bronze charge crit on silver and gold charges only the last attack can crit.
Titan Throw All charges can crit with no exceptions.
Smash! On normal to silver charges only crits when initial target collides with another Gold charge can't crit at all.
Berserker Style All attacks are able to crit due to being basic attacks.
Fire Magic
Fireball All charges are able to crit with no exceptions.
Meteor All charges are able to crit with no exceptions (gold charge fire field seems to do nothing)
Flame Thrower All charges able to crit with no exceptions.
Ice Magic
Ice Spikes All charges able to crit with no exceptions.
Ice Nova No charges are able to crit
Frosty Friend No charges are able to crit
Earth Magic
Earth Spike All charges are able to crit with no exceptions.
