Summary:
Added a new quest in Pumpkin Woods, which is supposed to happen when you're on your way to the Ancient Temple but old characters will trigger it as well. Other than that, a load of balance changes and some bug fixes!

Additions
  • There's now a unique song playing in the western Evergrind Fields
  • A number of new NPCs have been added to the Pumpkin Woods
  • A new main quest has been added to the Pumpkin Woods
  • Added proximity triggered indicators for ledges you can jump down from
  • Added new graphics for the bronze charge plant
Changes
  • Updated a lot of portraits to suit the new style
  • Added to Frosty Friend's spell description that Arcade Mode resurrection is disabled
  • The skill level improvements on all spells have been normalized
  • Slightly decreased charge time of plants
  • Plants of bronze charge and higher now slows enemies
  • Summon Plant damage has been increased
  • Increased damage of Insect Swarm
  • Increased the Insect Swarm ability to stick to monsters, and increased slowing effect
  • All levels of the flamethrower spell has gained increased damage
  • Movement speed during silver charge flamethrower has been slightly decreased
  • Silver charge flamethrower animation has been improved
  • You can no longer zone while a card is in the air, to prevent lost cards in Arcade Mode
  • All summons will now stop attacking things if the player stands still for 50 seconds
  • The max exp penalty on monsters that are much lower level has been increased
Bug Fixes
  • You can no longer spawn Frosty Friend outside of bounds
  • Renaming or changing your pet now shows the new pet's name in the dialogue box
  • Cloud Strike should now be properly sorted when spawned on low ground
  • Maps are now sorted properly in the journal menu
  • Fixed issue where sounds that failed to play wouldn't be disposed properly
  • In Arcade Mode, transferrable style equipment once again carries over between runs
  • The two handed throw should now work properly in multiplayer
  • Now stops pre-rendering when zoning or alt+tabbing, hopefully preventing some random crashes
  • The bug where people sometimes got stuck at the start of challenge and boss rooms should be fixed now
  • The teleport plate is now removed from your bag after he spits it out
  • Jar shards are now sorted as Misc items

Wow you even found time for a new update during the whole early access stress?
Respect :D
I love it how much effort you guys put into this game ;)
I will start a new playtrough on thursday because tomorrow ive got no time left besides of University, Work and Aikido :D
But i spend a look on the "curse" XD its so cool :D
