In the map screen, the Mrs. Bee pet doesn't add to the amount of pets you have - in this picture, I have only the Mrs. Bee pet. Happens in both multiplayer and singleplayer, Frontline patch.

This is because it doesn't count towards 100% - it would be unfair to only let people who have got a significant way through arcade be able to 100% the story
