[Visual] Nurse is missing in every room.

Every single time the nurse would appear, her icon would appear on the minimap but I couldn't see her as P2. I had to leave and re-enter the room to get her to show up. Maybe the fairy had something to do with it...?

Edit: Looking at the video, Bishop himself also appeared in many rooms for the Host. I never saw the Bishop even once, he was invisible every time.

Just the one where I used the blue fairy. I can try to start a new run with it active later.

Confirmed, every time the blue fairy is active, Bishop/Nurse are invisible.
