So I encountered with 3 other friends a visual bug that got started with the Hydra. My friend got disconnected right as the boss battle started and at the moment he was using the Shadow clone skill, level 2 I believe if that plays any role. And after we beat the Hydra, for the rest of the session we saw the Shadow clone of our friend everywhere in the temple, usually at the upper end of the floor and at the same height when he got disconnected (He was when he got disconnected still standing on the platform, before you jump down to fight the hydra) We didn't go out the temple, but I assume outside we still would have seen the Shadow clone around.
