Secrets of Grindea » Weekly Recap #67: Warm on the inside, cold on the outside

While the Winterland is a cold and harsh landscape, there’s quite nothing like snuggling up under a blanket in front of the fireplace inside one of the cozy buildings the area has to offer. Below are the insides of two of those, the Cupcake Store as well as something a bit more christmasy!

Jumping over to the temple, enemies won’t be the only dangers to worry about for the players. Puzzles and traps will be in full display, so watch your steps!

Beautiful anmiations and decor as always;). I have question for u. The one of u programming: Did u studied IT or did u learn programming on your own? And what kind of language do u use…i think i saw C++.?! Keep the good work going.

@Eric: I did study IT (some web development and then game programming), but most of the stuff I know I’ve learned outside school. I think this is true for most programmers! For Secrets of Grindea, we use C# and XNA. Thanks for the encouragement :D

@Rene: Sorry that it’s taking so long! It will unfortunately take a few weeks more since me and Fred is postponing the dungeon boss until we’ve moved in together, and are working on other stuff in the meantime :(
