I bought the $15 beta access last summer, but i've lost my steam key information. How do you go about getting that so i can download the game and not have to buy it again?

the game tells me to do stuff with the beta option for the game in steam. However i do not have the option as you can see

i have it in my steam list, its loaded in and i can play the game. I do not however have the ability to update the game, so therefore i cannot play with friends online

I don't have the option when i'm in steam. I hit properties and i only have shortcut, don't have beta or anything. Have i uploaded the game incorrectly three times to steam to not allow this to happen? I just want to have the most up to date version so i can play with friends. Thanks!
