Hello, I found this bug on the Stable Patch. You can reproduce the bug easily in the Arena. If Vilya is frozen while she shouts her first Command, then she wont do any Commands after that.

Hi, Problem: I like the way Static Touch is right now. But in Arcade Mode it is just not that useful. Especially if you put more than 1 Point in it. Casting a bronce charge is fine, but you dont get the Damage higher Charges would do. Casting a gold charge touch gives the enemies often enough...
