8.40 update changed total pet count

Title says it all really. I had all 6 pets before the update, and then after the update it keeps saying "5/6" (and is the only thing keeping me from 100% I think)
I tried swapping out my pets, leaving them all behind at once, exiting the game, etc.
I haven't found anything in-game that can fix it so far.

If one of your pets are the bee pet, it doesn't count since it's an Arcade Mode reward! You're probably missing the vegetable pet?
