Arcade Bishop challenges award score.

Currently all you get when you complete a Bishop challenge is an item. Which is generally a poor idea if you're doing high score runs, since most Bishop challenges will ruin your time for that room. Regenerative? I don't think there's a +Timer for enemies with Regen. Lead feet? Same.

Room challenges give score, surely Bishop ought to be worth something too?
