Lucky arrows is not worth the investment, it does not drop anywhere near enough arrows to get back up to 30 with Quiver perk, I thought it would be fun to do a Quiver/Lucky Arrows build in Arcade but it just doesn't pay off. Arrow drops need to have a much higher chance per mob, since only a single arrow drop = a single arrow, each mob in the room should have a very high chance of always dropping an arrow or the arrow drops need to be slightly increased with x2 to x5 multipliers on the arrow drops themselves, either way increase the drop rate is my suggestion.
